30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened item for a full refund.
Because of the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of items that are still sealed in their original packaging.
How to start a return
- Message us through the chat on our contact page with your order number.
- We reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Pack the item in its original sealed packaging and send it back to the address we provide.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged or stops working, send us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping needed.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives we process the refund within 3 business days. Funds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
